Unless there are particular difficulties linked to the claim, the Agent undertakes to reply to the Principal :
- Within ten working days of receipt of the complaint, to acknowledge receipt, unless the response itself is provided to the customer within this period;
- Within two months of the date on which the complaint is received and the date on which the response is sent to the customer.
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, in accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we propose a consumer mediation system. The mediation body chosen is: CNPM - MEDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION.

As part of a debt consolidation or mortgage loanand intermediation fees are likely to be invoiced. Their amount varies according to the operation carried out.
However, there are a number of reasons for this, no payment of any kind whatsoever cannot be required from an individual before obtaining one or more money loans.
In accordance with article L 519-6 from Monetary and Financial Codeit is prohibited any natural or legal person who assists, in any capacity whatsoever and in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, in obtaining or granting a loan of money, to receive a sum representing a provision, commission, research, administrative, documentation or mediation costs of any kind, before the funds loaned are actually paid out.
It is also prohibitedBefore the funds and the copy of the deed are remitted, the borrower may present bills of exchange or promissory notes for acceptance, in order to recover the brokerage fees or commissions referred to in the previous paragraph.
In some cases, a commission may be paid by the credit institution. This commission covers the intermediary's distribution costs. This commission has no influence on the quality of the intermediary's proposals. The amount of the commission depends on the nature of your loan and the volume and quality of production. For credit consolidation, this fee varies between 1 and 4% of the amount of the loan. For home loans, this fee varies between 0 and 1% of the amount of the loan.
